Privacy Policy

Effective March 2026

We keep this simple because it should be.

This policy covers what Groven Co. collects when you visit grovenco.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Site analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We track pages visited, session length, and device type to understand what's useful on this site. IP addresses are anonymized. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising.

Page behavior (Microsoft Clarity)

We use heatmaps and session recordings to see where the site is working and where it isn't. Data is pseudonymized — we see patterns, not people.

Audience context (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

We look at aggregated data — like industry or seniority breakdowns — to make sure our content is relevant to the people we're trying to reach. LinkedIn doesn't share individual profiles with us, and we don't use this data to target you.

Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google's servers. When it does, Google receives your IP address. Their use of it is covered by Google's Privacy Policy.

Scheduling

If you book a call through Calendly, they'll collect your name, email, and scheduling preferences. We only receive what we need to show up to the meeting.

Email

If you write to us at hello@grovenco.com, we keep that conversation to respond to you. We don't add you to any lists without asking first.

How we use your data

Analytics help us improve the site. That's it. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can opt out of tracking at any time:

Your California rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@grovenco.com and we'll sort it out.
